Introductory BJJ Program

Interested in getting started in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?

Our introductory program is perfect for you!  This is the best way to get started in realistic martial arts, starting at the same time as other beginners (you won’t be the only new person on the mat!), and learning exactly the things you need to learn when you first get started.  With a defined start and end time (6 weeks), and specific classes to attend, our intro program is the ideal way to get started in BJJ.

The classes are exactly one hour long – the perfect amount for beginners to martial arts training (or for experienced folks looking to get back into the swing of things).  Whether you’re looking for classes for yourself or for your child, this is the place to start.
You can decide whether you’d like to continue training with us at the end of the 6  week program, too!  There’s no obligation whatsoever.

Best of all- you don’t need any equipment to get started!  The minimum stuff to begin will be provided to you before your first class.  This is really an unbeatable deal, and an amazing way to get started!  Anyone who has never trained with us before is eligible to attend an intro program.
